In 2009 I had a back surgery that put me in bed for 3 years. I counld not walk very well much less exercise, so I gained weight as I stayed in bed and ate whatever I wanted. At one point when I would have to get out of the house, I would have to use a walker or go to places that had buggies for me to push and hang on to.
I got up to 296lbs over the course of those 3 years. Thats was very bad on my back and put me into a deep depression.
