I was suprized when I first saw the hospital and at first was a little scared, I almost had second thoughts. Then we started talking to other guests, one guest had his surgery the year before and with the success he decided to bring his father in for surgery. My husband and I talked and visted the other guests and staff of the hospital. We couldnt believe how nice everyone was and how great the costumer service was. They made sure we new what was going to happen every step of the way. When I was having my surgery the staff asked my husband if he was nervous and he said yes, they reasured him I was fine and even let him go look at me were I was and he saw I was being well taken care of he saw I was in the best of hands and he saw they were being very professional and very clean! The hospital was the cleanest! While I was in surgery my husband saw them cleaning the lobby four times while I was in surgery. when they took him back to check on me he said he looked for dirt and couldnt find any.
It has been two months since my surgery and I have lost forty pounds. I am losing it healthy it is not a race for me. I still eat small amounts all day long I call it grazing. I do not over eat to were I feel sick. I eat slowly and enjoy the meal in front of me and know when to stop and not take another bit to let it sit at my throat.
I had a hard time at first drinking and was afraid of getting dehydrated but that has since past. I drink water all day long small sips to make sure I get enough. I never drink before or after a meal.
Best thing I have done, no regrets !
