I have hypothyroidism, so losing weight wasn't easy.
However; during my time of diet and exercising, I never realized how important eating the right foods could make such a difference.
After my surgery, I learned that eating right not only helps with how you feel after surgery, but will also help one for the rest of ones life. I eat right now, and feel full. Before surgery, I didn't have one of those switches inside the stomach to tell me when I was full. It was like I had a bottomless pit. I was always hungry, and between the pangs from hunger, and the acid reflux; I don't know which was worse.
Since my surgery, my diet is under control, my weight is starting to reduce, and no more acid reflux. My high blood pressure has been under control as well as my cholesterol.
I have nothing bad to say about Dr. Almanza, or his wonderful staff who has helped me make my journey to a new life; a pleasant one.
I had a wonderful experience, and I am now taking that experience and using it in everyday life.
