It has been 7 months and I have lost 85 pounds just from the sleeve. I haven't really tried extra workouts or anything to help with weight loss besides my job can be physical. I have been able to eat what I want but just in very small portions. That is the most aggravating and probably the best thing, you still feel hungry but can only eat 1/4 or less of portions you normally would. I do miss carbonated drinks of Pepsi and Bud Light but I gladly have given them up to keep this weight off. Some foods are difficult to digest like hard meats so I still tend to avoid them. I haven't figured out why I get gassy at times yet but I suspect it certain foods.

I can't say "I feel so much better" but my knee feels better, I'm more active, and I've dropped from a 42 to a 34 in jeans. Not to mention I'm no longer ashamed of how I look. I was planning on having knee surgery but I no longer have pain in my knee since the weight has been taken off.

I was so tired of the yoyo dieting where I could take 20 to 50lbs off to just put back 30 to 60lbs back on 6 months later. I have done that for the last 20 years. It is yet to be seen if that will happen again but I don't see how with the portions I can eat now.

Going in I was worried of going to different country and having surgery since we always think America has the best of everything. During the 5 days there I didn't have any apprehensions of any of the processes that took place. I think cosmetics to the building was the only thing I could find that I thought could be better. I have and would recommend this clinic to everyone that is thinking of having this type of surgery. The savings is huge.
