I started my weight loss journey a couple months before my surgery date. Today marks my 4 month mark post op!
I weighed 215 lbs when I officially decided to start the process. I have lost a total of 56 lbs! I now weigh 159 and I'm still losing. I am so proud of myself that I will actually tell people my weight. I have more confidence in myself than I did when I was in college and weighed less because I have truly earned this new body!
I did travel to Mexico for the surgery. I strongly suggest bringing a companion with you for moral support, it made everything so much easier and comfortable! Everything about Weight Loss Agents was professional. I was very pleased with my experience while being under their care.
