I had struggled with weight, off and on, my whole life. I would either eat too much or not enough..my whole life and my whole family's lives have been centered around food. Holiday, weddings, funerals, get togethers, vacations..all revolved around food. I knew a lady that had the gastric sleeve done. She went to Mexico and she came back a new person. I followed her progress and finally decided to ask her, once again, for the information about where she'd been.

From the moment I decided that getting the gastric sleeve was the procedure for me, I picked up the phone and called The Weight Loss Agents. I filled out the paperwork and chose a date. Someone got back to me right away and after going over my paperwork, my procedure was scheduled. I book my flights, round trip. I KNEW I WAS DOING THE RIGHT THING and everything fell together!
Landing in San Diego and getting picked up by DIANA was simple. We went straight across into Mexico and My Husband was taken to the Hotel. I went for testing...COVID 19, of course. All was well and from there I was taken to the Surgery Center. I had labs done and spoke with doctors to make sure that all was well with me. My vitals were taken, etc. All was in check. Got an IV. Spent the night and although I couldn't sleep, I wasn't nervous. At 5 am, my Roomie and I were awakened. Met with Dr. Almanza. He spoke with us about the procedure and made sure that we were all committed to the endeavor we were choosing.
The procedure was quick and painless. LOL. It was a PROCEDURE..of course, there is some slight discomfort but I have had many previous surgeries, so this was a walk in the park.
