Ok, I took a while to reply to this because I was having a lot of nausea after the surgery and sometimes wondered if I had done the right thing and wondered if this was going to be an issue for the rest of my life. Finally, after postponing going to a local physician and having something prescribed for the nausea, the nausea has almost gone away and only happens occasionally.
I had my surgery on April 15th of this year with Dr. Alamanza. I knew pretty much what to expect when traveling to Tijuana having been there a few times before and having read online what to expect from my fisit to Jerusalem Hospital and that it's in a strip mall. Yes, it's in a strip mall! But don't be deceived by it being there. The staff and Dr's at Jerusalem hospital are all very professional and the place is amazingly very clean and well kept although very small. The aftercare and transportation provided is very well done.
Four and a half months after surgery and I'm 110lbs less than when I had it done. Would I do it again? YOU BET YOUR LIFE AND WOULDN'T THINK TWICE!! In fact, I will soon be contacting Jerusalem hospital for my wife. She will probably be visiting them early next year. While I currently don't have any pictures listed on here, I will provide them to the staff if they would like to add them to my profile when we visit.
Thanks for a great experience Dr. Alamanza and staff.
