Well the First day was very hard but everyday got better. The RN's and Dr. was great I loved the hotel we stayed in everyone was so nice they made you feel like you were home. I have lost 40lbs so far. I will say the hardest part of this whole this was how to control myself mentally. My mine would look at this plate with two bites on it and would say no way this is not going to cut it and it didn't I would be in the bathroom after the third bit. But as I started to control my mine more it was a lot better. I will also say that I don't like sitting and eating any more it feels better to stand and eat and I love popsicles because they turn to liquid and goes down cool. I did go back on a diet 3 weeks ago and that has helped with the weight coming off more now. I feel so much better and look better to. I have went down to a size 14 from a 18 but that looks like it going to change this week. I do take a b12 shot once a week for 3months so I'm still doing that ( no hair loss yet). I hope this help some of ya'll that are thinking of doing this I know I wanted to hear from people that had had it done myself. I also meet some great people there that also had the surgery and we keep in touch and all of us have been doing great!

Pam
